Demolition costs can vary but expect a compliant demolition to cost between $15,000 - $25,000. One must consider the costs associated with local permitting, removing and hauling away the existing home, and other costs such as cutting a capping of utilities. Larger home demolitions can cost more as there is more labor involved with removing the structure.
