Initially, we didn't set out to support this kind of project, but after numerous inquiries, we've partnered with a designer specializing in custom post-frame design as part of our commitment to support our customer's needs.

Why are these popular?

There are too many reasons to list, but the big one being cost per square foot vs. traditional home building costs are typically lower. This isn't always true as some of these "barndominiums" can come with so many features and high-end materials that cost per square foot can become high like anything else. But with careful planning and budgeting, these buildings can be built more economically than many other sticks built homes and still have many nice-looking/quality exterior and interior finishes. Many of our clients are running a small business, and these buildings offer an excellent opportunity to live where you work! Others seem to be into recreational activities or other hobbies that call for plenty of storage for their toys or equipment.
