How much do we charge per square foot? This depends on your build site, the design you choose, and your material selections. We will work with our design team to create a home that aligns with your budget, is competitively priced, and is one of a kind.

  • Predesigned/Semi Custom set of plans may cost $180-$195 per square foot. Ask us about our predesigned home plans.

  • (Updated 2023) Many entry-level custom homes can range from $235-$280 per square foot.
